Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is made to order and often personalized just for you. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or
- There is a printing error caused by us or our production partner.
If your order is eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- A clear photo of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders are sent to production shortly after being placed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, changes may not be possible.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local carrier for support.
